"Sit Up and Be Noticed"

I enjoyed painting the reflections of the pear on the metal container. Then there's the triangle of the reflected metal container that bisects the pear shadow on the plate. Geez! Who knew this could get so complicated?!
This is wonderful! First are the color choices--the blue and yellow with the light background surrounding them are eye-catching. And the reflection of the plate on the side of the bowl is great!
Wow, you have a fantastic sense of colour! And it shows in all your paintings. I love your expressive brushstrokes as well, and the attention to detail such as reflections, sneaky shadows and highlights. Wonderful!
