This is another reworked painting. I always liked the composition and I tried reworking it a coupe times with the original colors. Somehow it never made me happy. I am quite happy with this rendition- at least for now. I especially like the shape of the white cloth.
Wonderful orange shapes that just pop. Love the shadows that ground them. I like your white cloth too:)

ReplyDeleteI love that rich orange color. Reworking is something I haven't done yet. You're making me think I should try it. Might be fun. Do you apply retouch varnish first, or just paint right on the dried paint?
